Rates for Shoaling Waters

The rates for our vacation property are very reasonable as we have researched
similar accommodations in the area, when we compare ours are very attractive
for families visiting our wonderful city. Our rates include a meet and greet
to set you up in our home, plus transportation to and from the ferries or
the airport.

Cancelation Policy
If you cancel 45 days prior to visit, payments are refunded if re-rented.
